Who handles the data
This website is operated by Studio Bitard. For questions about personal data and privacy, contact us at office@bitard.org.
Contact form data
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we process your name, email address, selected services, message and, if you add one, the attached file. We use this information to respond to the enquiry and discuss a potential project.
The form does not store the message body in the WordPress database. It is sent by email to Studio Bitard. An attachment is uploaded temporarily to the server, attached to the email and deleted from the temporary upload path after the sending attempt.
To protect the form from automated and excessively frequent submissions, the IP address is converted into a short-lived technical identifier used for rate limiting. That identifier expires automatically.
Analytics and cookies
We use essential cookies for the normal operation of the site and to remember your privacy choices. Google Analytics is activated only after explicit consent for analytics cookies through Complianz. If analytics are rejected, Google Analytics should not be activated through this consent flow.
Detailed and current information about cookies and services is maintained in the Cookie Policy.
How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence may be kept for as long as needed for communication about the relevant enquiry or project and to meet applicable legal and accounting obligations. Temporary contact-form attachments are deleted after the sending attempt.
Your rights
Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, as well as restriction of or objection to certain processing where those rights apply. You can also withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time through Cookie Settings.
If you believe your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority.
