ARCHITECTURAL VISUALIZATION / CASE STUDY
Flamingo Avenue
Flamingo Avenue grew from a group of neighbouring properties in Malinova Dolina, Sofia. Instead of treating every building as an isolated image, we developed the visualization as one larger architectural system so the whole development reads with a consistent character. The scope expanded beyond the individual buildings to include the future school following a 2025 competition, extensive planned infrastructure and the wider urban context. For the film, the CGI was carefully photo-integrated into footage captured with a professional drone, placing the proposal directly inside the real city fabric.
One visual language for a growing district
The project was developed at more than building scale. New architecture, the future school, roads, landscape and neighbouring development were coordinated visually so the final images and film describe one believable future environment rather than a collection of unrelated renders.
