Kostinbrod 11 Houses
A coherent residential system for eleven homes
Kostinbrod 11 Houses was conceived as a residential ensemble near Sofia, with a bespoke house for the investor establishing the architectural language for a family of eleven homes.
The wider development was not realised after the investment model changed. One house was later completed in a substantially altered form, while the remaining plots were offered for sale with the design proposal.
