Mila Rodina 34
Prime Buildings initially approached BITARD to create CGI imagery for Mila Rodina 34. During the process, the client asked us to rethink the existing façade, which they felt lacked character. The project became our first step from architectural visualization into designing and detailing façades as architects.
Clinker, detail and execution
It was also our first extensive use of clinker as a primary facade material, requiring careful development of its rhythm, proportions and construction details. We developed the facade to a high level of detail so the visual concept could translate directly into construction. The facade contractor executed the design with exceptional precision, bringing the finished building remarkably close to our original visualizations.
